                               RESOLUTION NO. 21296
                  
                  
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF 
                  THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO ENTER INTO A 
                  CONTRACT WITH PIEDMONT OLSEN HENSLEY, INC., 
                  RELATIVE TO ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE 
                  DESIGN OF THE HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE 
                  FACILITY, FOR A FEE NOT TO EXCEED TEN 
                  THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS ($10,400.00).
                  
                  
                                                     
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to enter into a 
       Contract with Piedmont Olsen Hensley, Inc., relative to 
       engineering services for the design of the Household Hazardous 
       Waste Facility, for a fee not to exceed $10,400.00.
